WAVE Foundation is implementing Voter & Civic Education and Election Observation Project by the support of EWG (A national Coalition of 32 civil society organizations). Under this project WAVE Foundation is working at 404 unions including wards and pouroshavas at 32 upozillas in 10 districts of 5 Divisions. On Election Day WAVE Foundation will deploy 13,044 Election Day Observers in 21 Constituencies with the collaboration of 55 partner organizations. Under the voter education program WAVE Foundation is conducting trainings, meetings & awareness programs at different level and distributing voter guides (for general, women, youth and political party) in the concerned areas. Moreover, to maintain the code of conduct of electoral process by the candidates, political parties, voters, vote observers and other stakeholders, CAPTA ( Citizen Alliance for Promoting Transparency and Accountability) has been formed at upazilla and Central (Dhaka Mohanagar) level which will be continued after election.
